Rainy Sunday breakfast at Marcello..La Pasticceria

Today was a bit rainy and we decided on Marcello..La Pasticceria (Viale Europa, 169) for Sunday breakfast. They had some nice lounge chairs outside (covered) and we were lucky enough to find seating.

I went with the tuna sandwich with egg (€3.80) – the sandwich came in two sizes, large or half portions. Yes, as you can see, I chose large – it would have been perfect with less mayonaise. Everyone also agreed that the cappuccinos were nothing spectacular and although the pastries were tasty, they were on the buttery side.

After breakfast, zio Cesare and Massimo entertained Julienne with songs and games.

Hide the object

The main entertainment was the hide-the-object-and-guess-which-hand-it’s-in game. Lately, she will without a doubt choose the same hand over and over again. 🙂 Sometimes she cheats and tries to flip both hands over at once. No no not cheating, I mean problem solving!
